Greg was raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota. He graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado, with a BS in business, with a special emphasis in finance and accounting.
In 1985, Greg moved to Naples, Florida, and founded Stoia Financial. Since that time, the firm has provided financial planning and investment management services. Stoia Financial believes that to provide world-class service and guidance, an investment professional should be free from the influences present at many of the traditional Wall Street firms. As such, the firm provides a truly independent and comprehensive approach to financial planning.
Greg has earned and maintains three professional certifications: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Chartered Financial Consultant®, and Chartered Life Underwriter®. He holds the FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, and 63 securities registrations as an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network® and the Florida life, health, and variable products licenses.
